Turn an idea into an IoT product that works in the field.
Turn an idea into an IoT device that works in the field. KAITECH supports OEM and ODM development by treating sensing, connectivity, PCB, embedded software and cloud integration as one product. Lessons from the prototype are carried into a specification designed with production, maintenance and remote operation in mind.
Common Challenges
Have you encountered any of these common challenges?
- Sensors, PCB, firmware, connectivity and cloud are being considered separately, leaving the overall specification unresolved
- A prototype exists, but components, enclosure, testing and update requirements for production are not yet defined
- The division of responsibility in an OEM or ODM engagement is unclear
Our Approach
KAITECH starts from the usage environment and product requirements, defining the interfaces across the device, PCB/PCBA, MCU, connectivity and cloud as one specification. Critical functions are validated in a prototype, and the findings are carried into component, manufacturing, test and update requirements. The work is planned beyond the prototype, with productization steps and responsibilities clarified early.

What We Deliver
- IoT device requirements, proof of concept and prototyping
- Coordination across PCB, PCBA, component sourcing, enclosure and productization
- Firmware using MCU, embedded Linux and RTOS approaches
- Connection to mobile apps, web admin tools and cloud services
- Testing, updates and operating design needed for OEM and ODM delivery
When the device, embedded software, app and cloud are contracted separately, critical interfaces can be missed. KAITECH treats them as one product, carrying the learning from prototypes into a design that can be productized and operated.
This delivery approach is reflected in our related work. When delivery is split across vendors, requirements can be lost between the device and cloud layers. KAITECH designs across hardware, apps and admin tools, checking the interfaces that make the product work as a whole early in the project. We connect discovery, focused validation, implementation and operational adoption rather than treating them as separate phases. Depending on the need, we combine PCB, PCBA, MCU, embedded Linux, RTOS, sensors, BLE/Wi-Fi, and cloud and app integration with the surrounding architecture, selecting technology around the service objective, maintainability and future expansion instead of using a stack for its own sake.
Suitable for new IoT products, sensor endpoints, remote-control equipment, connecting existing equipment and OEM or ODM product programs. From the initial discussion, KAITECH can help you clarify the opportunity, requirements, delivery path and estimate for IoT Device & OEM ODM Development.
