Corporate, online shop, subscription sales — three sites with three different goals, each in one month. KAITECH produced them fast, right down to a form the client can update themselves after launch.
■ The Challenge
The client wanted to launch several sites with different purposes — a corporate site, a bakery online shop and a subscription sales site. Each needed different features and a different design direction, but they shared two things: launch quickly, and update easily in-house after go-live. They wanted to avoid a situation where even a small change required a request to an agency every time.
■ Our Approach
KAITECH worked on WordPress — which balances ease of updates with speed of production — and designed and built each site around its purpose. A small designer-and-developer team delivered each in one month. The corporate site was designed for trust, the online shop for the path to purchase, and the subscription site for continued use — a different design intent for each goal. After launch, we set the client up to handle day-to-day updates themselves, freeing them from dependence on an agency.
■ Results & Highlights
- Produced three site types — corporate, bakery e-commerce and subscription — each designed for its goal.
- Each site delivered in one month.
- WordPress lets the client update in-house after launch, ending agency dependence.
- A small designer-plus-developer team balanced quality with speed.
- A shared WordPress foundation keeps future sites and changes flexible.
■ Why KAITECH Was The Right Fit
Every small update triggering a request to an agency is a common frustration. KAITECH removed it through WordPress and by handing operation over to the client. Because we keep a development team in-house, post-launch features and marketing-driven changes are handled without losing momentum. As a Vietnam-based company, we can also look ahead to multilingual support when it’s needed.
