■ The Challenge

Local event information was scattered across city sites, social media and flyers, and finding, joining and tracking events near home or work was more work than it should be. Organizers, too, wanted an easy channel to promote and fill their events. Because apps like this already exist, success depended not on building everything first, but on getting a small version into the market and testing the response.

■ Our Approach

KAITECH first locked the concept around event-focused UI/UX, then built a native React Native app as an MVP on a short timeline. Alongside map, date and category search, favourites, sign-up and attendance history, we added Google Calendar sync for events you plan to attend. Organizers can register and manage their own events and review sign-ups and ratings. We finished a beta just two months after kickoff, distributed it via TestFlight, and gathered real user feedback — then drove a second phase of enhancements iteratively on that basis. A small, senior team of consultant, designer, PM and engineers carried it from concept to implementation end to end.
